Welcome to the official Botflix RoboMerch store. Please read these terms before you buy. Even robots read the fine print.

1. Overview

botflix.store (the "Store") is operated by JS Films LLC, a California limited liability company ("Botflix," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

The Store is hosted on Shopify. Products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may not use the Store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and descriptions

- Products are printed on demand from our standard designs after you order. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the finished item, and print placement and garment measurements can vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.

- We try to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change or discontinue products, and update information at any time without notice.

- Product availability can change, including when a blank item is out of stock with our production partner.

4. Prices and payment

- Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

- Taxes, shipping and (for international orders) any duties or import fees are extra, as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

- Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify or the other payment providers shown. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. If you're outside the EU, EEA and UK, you can change or cancel an order only before it goes into production. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping times are estimates. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery, damaged or lost orders, our printed-to-order returns rules, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU, EEA and UK consumers.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are subject to any conditions stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that use codes improperly.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, characters (including Botflix, Botropolis, BotLord and Bot Babies), text and other content in the Store belong to JS Films LLC or its licensors. Buying a product doesn't give you any right to reproduce, sell or commercially use the designs. You may not copy, scrape or reuse Store content without our written permission.

9. Comments and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, abusive, infringing or containing malware.

10. Third-party links and services

The Store may link to third-party websites and services (including our YouTube channels and other Botflix sites). We're not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Store to break any law; infringe anyone's rights; harass anyone; upload malicious code; collect other users' personal information; interfere with the Store's security; or commit fraud.

12. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and except where the law doesn't allow it, the Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived, including any legal guarantee of conformity.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS Films LLC and its members, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless JS Films LLC and its members, employees and partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living outside the US, this doesn't take away protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the Store. Our failure to enforce any right isn't a waiver of it.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Continuing to use the Store after changes means you accept them. Changes don't apply to orders placed before the update.
